We really hope you like your Fresh Seat but if you do decide to return it the following conditions apply:-


1. Exchanges are permitted if the product has a quality defect. We endeavour to ensure the product is manufactured to a high quality but if you are not entirely satisfied we can replace and the courier fees will not be for your account. You have 7 days to inspect the product quality and if not satisfied please email [email protected] and we will be in contact to organise the collection and replacement.


2. If you change your mind and no longer the require the product you can request a refund but the seat needs to be in the original condition and the return of the seat (whether via delivery or courier) will be for your cost.
